If you’re new to exercise, or it’s been a while since you were active, it can be tricky to know where to start. Luckily, you’re in the right place. Making exercise a habit is all about finding an activity, or activities, that work for you. We can help you find something you like doing, something that’s easy to fit into your day, and something that leaves you feeling good afterwards.

Even if you like an activitiy, and you know it’ll make you feel good after, sometimes it can be hard to motivate yourself to get going. That’s normal, we all feel that from time to time. Gyms

The gym is a convenient way to get active. You can visit the gym at any time of the day. All of our gyms have high spec Technogym equipment that will enable you to train at your best. The variety of equipment means that whatever your goal, you can achieve it with us.

Classes are the perfect way to have fun, be sociable and work on your fitness all at the same time. We’ve got classes to suit all abilities, from vigorous HIIT sessions to lower intensity Keep Moving classes.
